Spring training 5k challenge Week 2

Im not going to lie.. I've been slacking this week. I did run twice this weekend but besides that.. nada. I kept making excuses for myself until eventually I talked myself out of the runs all together. Now, I did have midterms this week so I can't be blamed too much right..? The runs this weekend were great because the weather was absolutely beautiful and who wouldn't enjoy that..I will be repeating Week 3 again this week to make sure that I am ready to go on. I'm still defnitely strugging with the 3 minute intervals..
 On another note, who watches The Biggest Loser? I am so incredibly excited that (spoiler!) Dani won this season! I felt like I was rooting for her the entire season and couldn't be happier for her. That girl is built! She looks awesome, as well as all of the competitors do! Plus it is definitely inspiration to get off my rear and go work out. :)

Along with my Spring Training 5k challenge, I started the Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution 90 day program! I am so excited to begin this and start to see some results for this summer! Yesterday was my first day.. Stay tuned for a review of the product and my first impression of the program. :)


OH BTW, update on the dress from my NSV post! It definitely fit and looked great on Friday. However, I didn't think to try sitting and eating in it. One dance and I was out of breathe (ha!)..It was quite hilarious actually.

    1. She really could! She looked awesome. I just got into the show this season and now I find myself watching previous season episodes..considering each episode is like an hour and a half..I have been just STUCK to the tv! I am addicted.

  2. I am coming from the linkup. We all have those days where we want to relax or become engrossed in things at home and we don't make it to the gym. But at least you made it this weekend! That is where I am this week. I went Fri Sat and Sunday but haven't made it yet this week... And I continue to keep typing instead of change into my gym clothes! :)

    I agree with Hollie - Danni could give Jillian a run for her money and then some!

    1. I know.. definitely hard to get that motivation. Lately, I have been working out in the morning and it has helped a lot. It is tough to get up but at least it is out of the way, and done!!!

  3. I fell off the motivation train too, but we just have to get back on track. I feel so much better after I exercise, but I understand it is hard when busy. I'm going to go forward really trying to just treat it like an appointment that I can't miss.
